Very nice Greg I really like the detail on the LMC and the pin point stars throughout the frame. A beauty!

Beautiful image as are the others in this section. Could you briefly explain Greg the process using photoshop in which you tacked on the stars and then did a single image on the lanscape and then combined them so you had the stars tracked and a clear forground.

This shot here is 3 x 90 second shots stacked. I did not do a separate foreground shot for this shot.

I did that on the other one - the Rising Milky Way. Basically I made 2 images. Then I layered in the foreground as a hide all layer and rubbed in the areas of the foreground.
