I have for sale a Celestron CG5-Computerised Mount - sometimes also called the Celestron CG5-GT or the Celestron CG5-Advanced.
Mount is in very good condition. I am the first/original owner and have used it on average perhaps once every third week over the past seven months.
These Celestron CG5 mounts should not be confused with, IMHO the inferior skywatcher EQ5PRO. For a start the EQ5's have a recommended weight of 11kg whereas the CG5 is 16kg and features 2' tripods legs, several bearings in the mount head and the celestron software.
I have all the original boxes, packaging etc.
Includes all standard components (i.e.):
- Mount
- Tripod
- Hand controller and its holder
- Counter weight
- Manual
- Autoguide port for long exposure photography.
Additionally, I have an extra 5kg counter weight and a 12volt power adapter for mains power.
