TY Dave, & yes, stars not great due to a few possible things, Collimation was a smidge off (teardrop stars) & may have effected stacking somewhat ? and/ or other as Jay mentions below !

Thanx also for your comment Jay, Tracking/guiding I can probably rule out, more likely a dodgy stack and/or the fact of Collimation ? ? My allignment star was in the brighter neb area and the stars @ top left frame seem to be the worse on the full file, so some scrutiny needed, maybe ?
