The Avengers

Went to see it last night in3D. Soo cool. A real riot. Extremely funny too. You're in stitches at times. Two and a half hours in the blink of an eye. Best I've seen in a long while.

I agree with both of you. Was the best superhero movie I've seen, and the 3d added very little.

They need to make these in 3D, otherwise why would you want to buy a 3D TV

Love my 3D. I get all my bluray in 3D from amazon when they have sales or bundles. If it's showing in 3D why not? Even better.

I saw it on Sunday in 3D and it was a great movie. I prefer not to watch 3D as the glasses annoy me as I have to place them over my normal glasses (one of the reasons I'll never buy a 3D tv at home) and I also find that the glasses also tend to make the images duller which is very annoying for movies that have a lot of night or dark scenes.

The movie itself was definitely awesome, just proving that Marvel comics transfer very well into movies

Yep Marc,

Cracked me up a number of times, especially one bit with the big man and the demigod.....

My eldest and I both rated it 5 out of 5 stars,

Best movie in a LONG time for entertainment value and well worth watching.

Cheers

Chris

Yep, another 3 votes from here as well. Great movie.

Sad to see Agent Colsun bow out. Love Robert Downey as Iron Man, plays it well!

Who is Superman??

Yeah that was a good one. The 10 buck thing was alright too.
During preview we saw Prometheus. I'm really hanging for this one. Looks mad. Next is MIB 3.

I generally go to the movies only 3/4 times a year. My pics for this year are:
Hunger Games (done)
The Avengers (next week)
Prometheus
and maybe Men In Black II which will open also sometime this year.

Saw Avengers (not 3D) with Jacob and Eliza tonight.

We all thoroughly enjoyed it. What a blast!

Like others have said, cracked up at times. A great movie - would definitely watch again
