2" t-adaptor

hello members thought i would test the "cliqueiness" of this forum ha ha!
anyhow bought the hotec 2" t-adaptor for a basic canon 1000d
i have also a new moonlite 2" focusser
the question is can the 2" t-adaptor be too big for the 1000d sensor? and will i be wasting some photons that may not fall onto the chip?

No, the 2" adapter won't be 'too big' for the sensor in your camera. If the image you get is larger than your camera sensor, you can add a focal reducer to your mix to squeeze more into the picture.

Should be a nice setup, what scope is it going to be hanging off?
