Re-entry is expected some time on Friday, although it could happen as early as Thursday or as late as Saturday.

This map shows the predicted re-entry point. I will check this map again tomorrow.
It passes here at 6:47 am and 4:02 pm on 23/9. If it crashes it should be visible in daylight!
Supposed to crash between 4pm Fri and 8pm Sat our time. It passes near Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth.

Watching this closely. NASA has confirmed that the US won't get hit. That leaves higher probability for us?
There is 2 passes early Sat morn for me, so it'll be down to what pass it deorbits on. Oooooooh another Skylab?

Is there anywhere online that shows it's current altitude? Or somewhere you can signup to get the two hour re-entry warning?

Thanks thats got the theoretical position but doesn't have the current height does it (unless I'm not looking in the right place).

This guy seems to be giving out data points every couple of hours:
http://twitter.com/#!/UARS_Reentry

And he's also got a plot of how the descent is going compared to the predicted models.
