Hey Dave,

I'm not in Snake Valley but it has just started pouring rain here in Sydney. The G11 got a few spots on it.

Yes, and it's ALL her fault.
What was she thinking, buying a new scope the week before.
She's been on the forum long enough to know better. tsk tsk tsk

just clicked over to 1am - brief break in the clouds an hour ago - just enough time to try and polar align before the clouds rolled in again.

Plenty of bonhomie in the dining room though.

Clouds are definitely Jen's fault!!!

yep she has a lot to answer for, the vortex is sooooo strong, it's sucking cold Antarctic air over our little state, a brisk 12 degrees outside and windy here this morning, of course the weather will improve after Snake valley, the forecast for Lonny tomorrow is a more palatable 23.

Come on down! Clear blue sky - a superb couple of nights ahead. Last night cloudy - about two one hour clear patches. Most had a good nights sleep.

The clouds obviously know when sunset is.

Clear as a bell for a few hours in the afternoon.

Socked in all night. For the amusement value - SQM reading about 16 off the cloud at 23:00.

Clear as a bell at sunrise.
