Hi Guys, just a short note to let you know that Alice crossed the Nullabor over the last two days, and are now relaxing in Esperance WA. we didn't have phone or any other forms of communication until we got to about 50 K's out of Norseman, which was good really, it is amazing how one depends on technology at times.
We just arrived here, and have set up the rig for a couple of days off from traveling.
Although a mighty haul, we enjoyed ever minute of the journey, man this country is big.
We bush camped,every night,
stopping at about 3, and then settling in, with many other people doing the same, saves heaps of dollars.
All went well, no problems with either the truck or the van, fuel consumption was as expected.
Fuel at some places rose to 195.00 per/litre,
but we carried 300 liters of our own from hone at a much cheaper rate.
so that was good.
Anyway i will elaborate, and post some pics later, after i have sorted them out, just wanted to let you know i am still alive and kicking.
