Noticed 'The Universe - Life and Death of a Star' will be on 7Mate 9:30pm this Saturday.

It is really great to see free to air tv pick up this brilliant documentary series.
I have watched all the episodes on Foxtel, and have got them on dvd's, but what the heck, think I'll be in for some happy viewing re-runs.

Just watched it, was actually a lot more informative than I'd imagined it would be so I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed it! Considering the last doco they had on 7mate had lines such as "SUPERNOVA TO THE EXTREME!!!"

I also have to wonder why after every Universe related documentary on 7mate they have a playboy movie...

Yeah i loved The Universe, i watched in on Foxtel, i would have watched it again but we only get 7mate HD showing up on the foxtel menu.

Aaah, that's an easy one to answer Shelley. It's obviously the "thinking mans" programming line up.

I may have stayed up and watched the last one...it was actually a really terrible movie with terrible actors and seemed like more of a chick flick! So apparently guy's just have a very sensitive side and cover it up by saying they're watching a Playboy movie

That episode on Mars was great I really enjoyed that lots of great info. And no I didn't go on to the Playboy movie that followed.
