Searching for Travolta...

In My Dreams.

I found Travolta! Yes I did! But it was in my dreams. He came over to my house and I don't know why, but I had to prove to him what a big fan I was by showing him all the stuff I'd collected over the years on him. Nearly the entire dream was looking for it (oh dear, searching still) and explaining to him I really did have it. I eventually found it and asked him if he'd like to stay for dinner which was a lamb casserole and I don't know why as I don't like lamb casserole, so it should have been a lamb roast. I got the lamb part right anyway (you know, Tom Cruise and all). But I woke up before he answered! .
Bottom line, I think I will only ever meet Travolta in my dreams especially now that Oprah is doing a lottery audience. Yep, yep... in my dreams. Oh, well, I woke up smiling so he made me happy anyway .

Last week, after I made my first obs. report on the forum here, the Orion Nebula was part of my report and that night I ended up having a dream on the Orion Nebula. I remember it being a beautiful dream, but I just don't remember it now.

Crazy things dreams are aren't they and then trying to figure out what it all means. Lets have some light hearted fun and share our dreams... Who's going to go next?

One reoccurring dream I have is that I am in a bar with some of my hero's
Its a entertainers tea party some who I can vividly remember are Elvis, John Wayne James Deane, Marlin Brando,Johnny Cash and Of course there is Marylin Monroe, plus lots of others.
I think it goes back to the picture I saw in a mens hair dressers shop that seems to have stuck in my mind.
Also I have been to GRACELAND too and felt the vibes.
Great thread Suzy

This is why men don't talk about stuff

Seriously though .... You know that scene in "Contact" where Jodie Foster is in the virtual world looking at the centre of some impossibly mystical galaxy... reaches out and everything shimmers under her touch.... Incredible scene... idealistic... wonderful....

Nope..., never dreamed about that either !

I'll leave now....

Time for a visit to Perth me thinks Suzy.

JOHN Travolta will fly his own plane to Australia in November to attend a charity event, The West Australian reported Tuesday. The star, who has made regular trips to Australia, will take part in a 26-hour telethon broadcast on November 13 and 14, The West Australian reported, citing a Channel 7 publicist.
The appearance of the 54-year-old actor Down Under is being timed to coincide with the 90th birthday celebrations of Qantas - the Australian airline for which Travolta is an official goodwill ambassador.
It is understood Travolta, who holds a pilot's license, will fly his Boeing 707 to Western Australia.
Australian television network Channel 7 has run a telethon - a non-stop fundraising broadcast - in Perth to raise money for children's charities since 1968.

Early Monday morning, I dreamed my best friend and I were in my lounge room, on the floor, playing with a chocolate coloured labrador. She was the loveliest natured dog with silken ears and a big goofy grin on her face. Her 5 puppies kept escaping from the basket in the kitchen.
I've no idea what the dream means, if anything. LOL

I'm not sure I can recall much about my dreams after about three wake-up coffees, or so.

But I do know that Ibuprofen the night before gives me really wild ones !

Cheers

Suzy I have incredibly active dreams, some I remember very well and some actually repeat themselves on different nights.

I can also travel the world, and find that in my dreams I have been in different countries, and so on.

However If work is involved in my dream, it always relates to a work place and people that I worked for many years ago.

The dream person I used to listen to on the radio used to base all her ideas on a lot of basic emotive stuff(resolved or not ) rather than the specific content of the dreams themselves.

There are certain times when i have the same dream. For example whenever i get really sick (even if its years apart) i still have the same dream, it's strange.
I have also had a dream of someone being shot, it was all very clear. 4 days after i had that dream the exact person i dreamt about was shot (they were not seriously injured) Thats one of a rare few pre-cognitive dreams i have had. Why can't i just dream about Jessica Alba

Size really does matter!

Hey Suzy, Is John Travolta bigger in your dreams than real life?
He's a bit well.... shortish in real life......

When I was living in Brisbane, every night I'd dream I was flying.
It was very very real and exhilarating.
But I always had to watch out for power lines, I always seemed to be having to dodge them.
Once we moved to the country the dreams stopped.

Hey, you're good! Two weeks ago my beloved cat of 14yrs died and I have been very upset and sad. Hmmm...

As for the H & Sab, I get a feeling that it's all happiness and sunshine in their dreams . And Ron's a lucky man being surrounded by so much celebrity .

I used to always have that one , and because I was In a funky little peddle powered gyrocopter I could stop and look out for the ones above
because there were always more power lines up there
