There you go. Hong Kong subway train. There are no separate carriages, just one contiguous train that seems to go on for ever.

Actually what are the rules in general? is there a rules page some where?
Can I include a picture taken 6 months ago? seems to me if it's a November challenge it would be a shot taken during November or doesn't really matter

Rob it doesn't have to be taken in each month.
While it would be nice, a) there's no way to enforce it, and b) not everyone has time to go out and take new pics each month.
Plus, it's just for fun.

Mike,
That's cool just didn't know if/what any rule apply, I like the fun angle!!!

I was going to go with an obvious choice, a "long wharf" that I had a shot of, but I decided to go a bit more interpretive..
"A very long wait"
Taken on the queenscliffe wharf during my recent holiday in Victoria.

I feel a long description is called for. Long view with a long cloud a long way from the biggest bit of Oz (Tasmania). Taken from my back deck (8m Long) just after winter snows. The mountain in the background is Ben Lomond, which as you can see is also long.
BTW for Mikes info this shot was imaged with a polarising filter...

It's a long way to the Next Town
These are the tracks that run past our village. We even used to have
a station. But Bob Carr took care of that, some years back. Anyways
if you keep walking along in this direction you'll eventually end up in
Brisbane. I highlighted the track by taking two shots one in colour
the other in sepia and merged the two images, hope that's allowed.
regards, CS... as you can see, not likely

Took this shot at the wind farm near Albany. I'd say it fits into the tall and long category
cheers
