I am building a Hand Trike to get my exercise as I can't ride a normal Bike anymore I have included a picture of a professionally made one and the Frame that I am starting with to build mine. The word document has the picture professionally made one

I'm also back into the gym. Next week, I start running again.

yep, 3.5kg for me. Damn those chocolates! Still got some left so I have to finish them before I go to the gym.
