What is your favorite fast food and from who

My favorite fast food is a pizza from Antenna Blue, they were so good that I almost had one flown in to Christchurch NZ
But the owner who was from Italy retired about 10 years ago, and that was that
Boy do I miss them

Hmm...I have 3 equal favourites, in no particular order:

1. pizza
2. fish and chips
3. kfc

Back when had more money, and didn't exercise much, I'd used to spend over $1000 alone annually on pizza, plus thousands on other junk foods. I've actually dreamed of fish and chips on several occasions! Hmmm...come to think of it, fish and chips is my favourite!

EDIT: Nowadays, I'd be lucky if I spent more than $100 - $150/year on junk food, and I hit the treadmill for 20 minutes a day. Still got alot of junk around the waist from the previous years of junk food mania though.

Choice of two:
1) Thai from "Pimarn Thai"
2) Pizza from "Pizza Cutters" or "Crust"

Definitely fish and chips . Fresh cooked of course. Sydney Fish markets, most vendors or just about anywhere near Hobart's waterfront (Fish Frenzy probably the best)

No decent fish shop within walking distance of home - no car.
Best local take away - King's Court Thai in Five Dock.

Best pizza, any where in Haberfield, especially Napoli in Bocca.

Lately it has been the Chilli Salt Squid from the Golden Lin chinese here in Colac. Had it several times and its just superb. Unfortunately I have just been diagnosed with Menieres syndrome which means I have to go on a low salt diet, so such delights are going to be rareities from now on.
So now my favourite "fast" food will be anything I don't have to cook myself!!

Thai, my fave restaurant is Renu Thai @ Toowong in Brissie. They make a good meal, decent prices, excellent service. It tastes yummy and is far healthier than alternatives.

Thanks for the tip, Dave.

I'll have to make the trip to Toowong to check that out.

Is that Raun Thai on Sherwood Rd?

I love Thai food

No, Renu Thai, it's near Sizzlers in Toowong, 30 second walk from Toowing Village. I prefer to eat Thai @ lunch if I don't bring a packed lunch because it's not only yummy, but almost certainly healthier than anything else over in Toowong village food court!

The Local Thai around here gets my vote.

We love the Ckicken Massaman and boiled rice as a Take Away almost every week.
Its so easy to order and they deliver it fast too.

Really good when we are working long hours and come home too tired to cook.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

A single thread is not sufficient to list all of my favorites...

Here in the states I'd vote for:
Little Italy Pizza - just down the street from my office in NYC
Plaza Ventana Mexican - Fresno CA

In Australia for "fast Food"
Opporto's
Kebabs and More near Westfield shops Chatswood

Ah yes Thai food is great - I will visit Renu Thai at Toowong. BUT the best fast food would have to be ice cream.......and yes, it can be a meal in my world!

I'll put in two votes.

Ciao Mediterrean Pizza in Gwynneville. I don't know that they are the best around but they are so close that the pizza arrives piping hot. And, being a regular, they make sure it arrives quickly - sometimes only 20 minutes after I call. They do a line of gourmet pizza which are great, especially the greek meatball.

The fish 'n' chips at Bargo. The food used to be superb (and more than I could eat) but now it is only good. The reason for liking it is that if I am eating there I'm about to enjoy some quality time under the stars. The place is about 3 minutes from my observing site. So we pack up, drive up, eat up and then set up.
