Interesting Ron - thanks. This is the first footage I've seen that actually demonstrates the effects of the beam within the cockpit. It sure would be distracting, and as they say, poses a threat to the safety of the occupants due to this distraction. It'd be damn annoying - and being a light aircraft pilot once upon a time, I can vouch for how easy it is to become distracted. I just wonder how many helicopters would have to be fitted with this sysem in order to provide a wide enough net.

Thanks Chris we had a very long thread on this matter and I thought this was a good demonstration of what pilots would have to put up with,it puts it all into view for all to see

Good on ya'. I reiterate Chris's account. Its the first for me too.

This is the first footage I've seen that actually demonstrates the effects of the beam within the cockpit.

Cheers Marty

Slap them in jail I reckon...and if they have a scope, polish the lens with a scourer or pour battery acid on the mirror! Oh, and smear Vegemite over their eyepieces! No sympathy!

Couldn't agree with you more Trevor.

Like always, the good suffer the injustice of those whom have no idea!
