Captive blocks ?

I am going to have another try at building my own scope (12 ") truss .
While I can see how most of the build would progress
I can't quite get my head around how the blocks mount and are
angled to the upper cage is there a formula /method for working
this out ?

many thanks

I was going to say that too. Those little beauts are going to make dob-building *so* much easier!

Thanks .. I have missed the boat a little on how these work I think .

So you can use the double ball and socket blocks on your upper cage
AND surface mounted on top of your mirror box or inside it as as well ???
