Info on dark skies in Thredbo

I'll be heading off to Thredbo over the Easter break and was wondering if anyone had recommedations for dark sites in and around Thredbo.

I'd recommend Khancoban. Almost all good spots along the Alpine Way are hidden in the valleys - as is the road itself for most of the way. You might get a decent view above 35 degrees or so from either Leatherbarrel Creek or Tom Groggin campsites.

Failing that - Adaminaby is pretty good - and reasonably dark after lights-out...
