Using the Meade LPI as Autoguider

Hi All, has anyone had a positive experience useing the Meade LPI as an autoguider??

I started with one many years ago....gave it up when better cameras (QHY5/ Lodestar etc) came along.
You need a GPUSB connection from the computer to the mount. The newer cameras have a built-in ST-4 guide port which is much easier.
