Make Hay While The Moon Shines
Hi all,
Turning the night to day with a 85% illuminated Moon Wednesday night (13/11/2013). 12 image panorama. Canon 5D MkII, 50mm, F/3.5, ISO 800, 10 Second exposures.

Unbelievable! Just goes to show you don't need new Moon and the Milkyway in the shot to have an excellent nightscape.
I love this part of the sky.

Did you enhance the bright stars in anyway to make them appear larger or was that an effect of the lens you were using?

In my experience a fog filter does not give good results. I use a Diffuser filter.
