Lake Moogerah Milky Way Widefield

Headed to Lake Moogerah last night for some more widefield goodness. Had a few pesky clouds that were chased away by the 'clewd disappear' chant all in all a good night and a good learning experience.

I have also uploaded a copy of the shot with labels and was wondering if anyone sees any mistakes, to let me know I did use Stellarium as a guide but you never know

Hope you like it!

Cheers,

Looks good Shelley!

I was thinking of going to Moogerah last night to test my Tokina, but my kids wanted to come as well and my daughter was already asleep by the time I reached Warrill View so we just stopped there.

Cheers,
Stephen

We were actually wondering if we would run into any fellow astro peeps or photographers, would have been funny to start chatting and then realise we knew each other off IIS Hope you get out there soon for a shoot, it was pretty magical!
