For the larger and closer planets like Jupiter, Saturn, Mars and Venus, no. The objects being so bright against the darkness of space, means you are usually in the sub-second range of exposure, where light pollutions is not apparent.
Living in the "inner burbs" of Sydney, I know what light pollution is. I can still photograph up to about 2 min exposures, with only moderate LP effect on brighter deep space objects.
