Dual Pier Observatory

As we are shifting house and our new place is very anti astronomy(but the wife loves it), I am negotiating with my brother to put my obs at his place about an our down the road at a much darker site.

I didn't want to make my obs any bigger to get away with no council planning and wanted to put a pier in for him as well so I was wondering how many of you are using dual pier observatories and can I see some pics to get some ideas?

My obs dimensions are 2.93 x 2.93, so kind of thinking it may not be big enough. I will be using a FLT132 on an AZ-EQ6GT and my brother will use a Stellarvue 100, not sure of the model on probably a Celestron CG5, so not big scopes. Wanted to avoid one big mount with both scopes so we can work individually if possible.
