Jewel Box, and other clusters.

Going with the one sub theme here is a shot of the Jewel Box taken with the old 8" setup.

30 sec, ISO 6400, 1100D. With a fiddle in Startools.

Cheers
Jo

Here are a few more clusters, these have about 5 to 10 subs each.

1. Omega Cen.

2. M80.

3. M4.

4 M7. (new 8" f5, 350D, need to work on collimation)

5. Dunno.

Cheers

M7 is my favourite - just love the star-field interspersed by the dark matter and those wonderful blue stars to top it all off.
All of them are 2 thumbs up material.
Jo, I wish you could export some of that lovely clear sky to the rest of us across Australia.

Thanks a lot fellas, appreciate you comments

Bruce, I'll swop some clear sky for some rain! I won't take clouds though.

The unknown cluster is NGC 2516, the Southern Beehive Cluster, in Carina.
