My first attempt capturing the milky way with my wife's Canon 50D.
Unfortunately I didn't have a tripod or stable mount of any kind and no experience in setting up this camera so the images I took all came out blurry. I decided to collage them as they're ok at a low resolution and applied a high pass filter as a second (grain merge) layer in gimp2.
