Hi Peter. Nice images.
I bumped into someone up near lake IISAC one night and then went back to my site and did some imaging on my ED80 and was wondering if that was you.
If so, i'm Steve

Bright vibrant images.
By the way you should check it out on a list of affected lenses but that Pentax lens may be radioactive! Some Super Takumar Pentax lenses used Thorium Oxide in some lens components as it has similar qualities to fluorite.

I found I had one I had never used and disposed of it. If you google radioactive lenses you can find a list of them. The lenses often go yellow.

Greg.

Greg. Thanks for the info on Radioactive lenses.
Seems there is various levels in the glass. The SMC Takumar 50mm F1.4 screw thread is listed. and I have the later PK bayonet. The levels on this lens is higher than background levels measured.I will do some more research.
Cheers.
Peter.
