Sometimes you need to go away for a time.... and look long and hard at the data when you get back.

Returning with a fresh approach, this hi-res view of the transit has lost its over-processed sharpening, I think there is now some serious detail in this re-pro image.

Hope you enjoy it.

Ta. I really like how the re-pro turned out.

The spickules now have a nice graded/subtle look to them...as they should when you look at much higher-res professional data.

Unfortunately, it will take me a week to process a full disk mosaic using the same technique.... hence that won't be going into this year's CWAS/Malins

Yeah that is better. First one looked a little too harsh. This one looks as I would have thought it should look.
