Sbig STL-11000M Class 2, AOL, RGH, MOAG

Hi all,

I'm thinking of getting one of the new Sbig STT series of cameras. In order to do that I need to sell my current setup.

STL-11000M Class 2 camera, (copied from the Sbig website)
CCD:* KAI-11002M
Total Pixels:* 11 million
Array:* 4008 x 2672 active pixels (35mm film format)
Pixel Size:* 9 microns square
Antiblooming:* Yes
Class: 1 (no column defects)
Peak QE: 50%
Image Area: 36 mm x 24.7 mm
Focal Length at 1 arcsecond per pixel:* 73 inches
FOV at 1 arcsecond per pixel:* 1.1 x 0.74 degrees

Has the five position filterwheel attached, I think it has Astrodon 2" filters, as well as a Ha filter I bought here about a year ago.

AOL, adaptive optics, it's great I use it all the time, highly recommended for imaging at long focal length.

Sbig remote guide head, in combination with the MOAG (see below) allows you to place the guide chip in front of the filterwheel, behind the AOL, a must for narrowband imaging.

Astrodon MOAG, off axis guider, if you want to acquire one guide star for all your color filters, great if you have the back focus to take it. I also have the MOAG-ST adapter, which allows the MOAG to be used with the ST series of Sbig cameras.

Comes with the standard inclusions from Sbig, including some software, I use CCDSoft.

Pictures on request (or when I get home)

I'm after expressions of interest now at $6500. Sale time will depend on when the new STTs become available, or the desperation of the buyer, i.e. if you really want it now, I can probably accommodate you, it's always cloudy here anyway!

Cheers
Stuart

Are you prepared to separate the AOL and MOAG Stuart?

Hi Paul,

Depends on whether the person who buys the camera wants the whole package or not.

Let's say that I will separate the items if that's what people want. Will make it hard to work out a price though. I figured you'd be interested in this Paul, so I'll keep you posted.

If you like you can PM me with what you think is a fair price, that'll make it easier to set a price on the camera and RGH should people be interested in those alone.

Cheers

Hi All,

Josh sent a PM about the AOL etc. Not the whole package, if someone want the whole package then they would get priority.

Looks like I'd be able to sell the OAG and AOL without too much trouble, so if anyone want just the camera and filters then around $4600 would make a sale.

Cheers
