Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I bought a new secondhand mount a few weeks ago but couldn't mount my scope until I got a dovetail for it. I have had no rain after getting the mount and only a little cloud.

Well the dove tail arrived in the mail today and I had a friend drill some holes for me as it was not standard for my scope no problems there mount the scope spend the afternoon aligning the red dot finder to the scope and wait for night to arrive barely a cloud to be seen some on the horizon but no problems I say.

Well I get the mount level and begin the alignment proceedure for Celestron 5se mount and just as I move to the third star and it is raining on me I can't believe it I knew it was something we all talk about but really . And now it has stopped who wants to bet if I started again it would start raining again.

Similar sort of frustration for me tonight. It hasn't been clear for weeks and tonight is essentally clear. To compensate there is 10-20knot winds gusting erratically.

Hi Warren,

I assume from the vocal frustration you had assumed it to remain clear skies? After aquiring a new toy and all?
Surely you know better than that.

If all else fails contact jjj. jjj knows someome who can make those clewwwds disappear.

Cheers
