I think you've heard Mr Myagi (if I've spelled it right) saying Daniel san actually Daniel, not Daniel sun. Not that it matters much I suppose.

Twas a user login name from a previous company I worked for derived from first three letters of surname + first two letters of given name, not very exciting

I'm not too sure of the original spelling but I went with the "sun" in "Danielsun" more for the Astro side of it being the pun.

I have 'worked' for Xerox for umpty ump years and someone who works for Xerox is a Xeroid.
But then I got redundanted, picked up by the company that does the outsource IT for Xerox so I became a Zeroid. Also a play on Zero ID ( no ID/name ).
The joke is I am still 'working' for Xerox ...
Over the years they have tried to get rid of me 3 x ... but I am still here Bwhahahahah

Well mine is to do with the job I did for 30 years, a Flight Service Officer with DCA, CAA, Airservices Australia. Similar role to Air Traffic Control.
When I left I became an ex flight service officer or Exfso...

"von Tom" dates from 1990 when I had to think up a name for my German pilot in a WWI flightsim called "Red Baron" on the Amiga. I have used it ever since.

Hey Peter, I'm with Airservices (they've now dropped the "Australia" part of it) - joined just after it changed from the CAA.

mine is also my business name which is an opticians
it came about because most opticians are a little on the "pedestrian" side so we chose "Blink", and 138 is my street number of the practice
it is of course a play on the band which i dont care for that much

Pat,
Nice! Just for added trivia, the band's name refers to the number of times the 'F' word is uttered in Scarface, lol.

My first choice of username was taken about six weeks before I joined so I ended up using the name of my female Children's Python.

Every time I try to sign up to a new site I get it too! It's lucky we now don't have the same user name.

Mine is just a combination of the Egyptian God of the dead, Osiris and the sun god Ra.
I used to just use Osiris but after a while it became to popular with a band using it as well as tons of other companys with even a line of Skate shoes.
