We all need some positive thoughts to boost our spirits at times.
I'd like to share this one I got from an old school friend. I don't know who wrote it originally.


HAPPINESS IS LIKE A BUTTERFLY; THE MORE YOU CHASE IT, THE MORE IT WILL ELUDE YOU, BUT IF YOU TURN YOUR ATTENTION TO OTHER THINGS, IT WILL COME AND SIT SOFTLY ON YOUR SHOULDER.


I'd love to know what little thoughts or sayings you find inspiring.
