Kayak / Canoe

kayak is about 10 years old. Has some surface marks as expected from a canoe that has been used regularly.
Flat bottom for safety
unsinkable ("you could fill it with water and it will still float around the lake - like a big bath")

includes 1 paddle.

$495

(over $1,000 new)

Here is the technical guff:

Australis 2 UP Kayak
Good Clean Fun

Proudly Made in Australia

For Australian Conditions

By Experienced (& still active) Australian Paddlers

The 2-up - The Original General Purpose plastic kayak for 2 people, Made in Australia

The 2-Up is a general-purpose kayak suitable for use by one or two adults, or one adult and 2 children (up to the total weight capacity).
The long, flat hull and moulded-in skeg give smooth and effortless paddling, whilst the dual seating positions make the 2-Up so versatile!

Perfect for day trips or exploring waterways around your camp site, the 2-Up is the preferred choice of older paddlers. It allows access to beautiful waterways and at only 26 kilograms, it is much lighter and easier to lift than a canoe. Some people have even found that they can do it on their own!
The 2-Up is exceptional value for money as it can be used as a single or multiple person craft.
It allows you to go paddling on your own, with a mate or with a couple of kids - whatever your requirements, the 2-Up can do it all!

But wait there's more .....

Now that the weather is getting a little better....BUMP !

School holidays around the corner, now is the time to think about combining that camping canoeing star gazing holiday.

Thought I would give it another look in here, before going the eBay path.

This really is a quality Australian made canoe...
Built for 2 adults but with Child Safety in mind.

I'll also throw in a life jacket (exact type dependent on size required)
(or knock $50 off the price at buyers discretion)

It currently resides on the Central Coast - near Wyong River, where you are more than welcome to take it out for a test spin, but I may be able to deliver it, if you will cover my petrol cost.

cheers
