OK. Maybe someone call tell me why I entered 7.4 in PHD2 and it says here that it's 0.7?

That'll do it. Could be a bug in PHD's logging, or in the log viewer (my guess is the latter). Might be worth posting on the Open PHD forum, if you're so inclined.

Thanks for helping to clarify this, Greg. Believe it or not, I wasn't trying to be a prick, I just wanted to make sure people didn't make a purchasing decision without the correct info.

Regardless of the above, I truly hope you enjoy your new mount, I know what it's like having an EQ6 that sometimes performs.

.9 is still superb tracking. I have had my AP1600 go down to .6 but only for 5 minutes. Usually its around .9 as well and that is better than my PME which gives round stars at 3 metre focal length. So I think you get the idea here that this is about as good as it gets.

Greg.

All good Greg, I doubt anyone ever thought that was the case, I know I didn't!

The graph shows guiding corrections, so it's a ways off the results you're getting with the AP / PM.

Tracking or Guiding..???? Two completely different things

0.9" guiding is not superb
0.9" tracking IS superb

I propose that amateur astrophotographers remove tracking from their vocabularies, since it only really matters how well his/her mount guides

BTW, Last night my mount was guiding as usual at around 0.6" RMS and most 10-minute subs have slightly eggy stars. However, it was pointed out to me that there was a very thin layer of high cloud, plus it was a tad windy, so these factors might have contributed to substandard star shapes.

EDIT: I also have been seriously considering upgrading my Az-EQ6, thus I really appreciate any kind of information from the users of other mounts.
