Coronado PST & case -- ready for modding

I'm selling my Coronado PST, 20 mm eyepiece, and case in order to fund a CCD camera. It's all in perfect working condition, and comes in a cardboard shipping box.

Note: this PST has already had all the hard work done in removing the glue lock (thanks Poita!). You can see in the photos that the pieces can be readily disassembled and reassembled.

This means that you can very easily:

* remove the extension tube between the black box and the blocking filter to get more back focus for CCD cameras,
* swap out the focuser for a GSO SCT crayford very easily for massive improvements to the quality and usability, or
* use it in one of the crazier mods with a larger aperture refractor.

Price: $600 plus shipping. I'm happy to deliver in Brisbane before Sun Oct 28th, or I can bring it to Adelaide with me on/after the 28th.

Still not enough inward travel for a Canon DSLR. Maybe the GSO SCT focuser replacement would do the trick? (I have no idea - just guessing.) Otherwise, others have produced good results using eyepiece projection with a Baader 8-24 mm.

It focused with my D90 and the GSO focuser.

I will be selling my GSO focuser shortly as well.

Brian - yes, it works perfectly fine as a visual scope. In fact, that's how I've mainly been using it.
