one other one and i think all of the same details as ngc 253
might try the helix tonight
thanks for looking and of course if anyone has any handy tips for improvement that would be great

Lovely. Nice work Pat.
If you wanted my advice-rich coming from a newbie like me anyway. But it would be all the same from everyone else---- more exposure, and calibration frames. Darks and flats.
By the way - it's a stonkin' M27.
So, darks and flats and more lights basically -which is what we all aspire to. So welcome to the astro-photography world!
Bail out here if wallet not deep or partner understanding!

thanks a lot graham!........ still need to do the darks and flats, and admittedly i dont really understand them too well at the moment
