A new scope.

Dear All
I have finally set up my new scope. I decided that I needed a bigger scope for my spectroscopy work and settled on a C11 as being a manageable weight and larger than my VC200L.
I now have the C11 and the VC200L sitting side by side on my NJP mount. It is about the maximum weight that the mount will handle with the accessories but seems to be fine.
So now the C11 has a LISA spectrograph on it and the VC200L has my ST10XME with photometry filters in it. The LISA is heavier than the camera but I have been able to balance it reasonably well.
This allows me to take simultaneous spectra and photometry of the same target.
I can guide with either scope depending on which has the primary purpose. The LISA has an STi guider on it to guide on the slit.

I was able to re drift align tonight as it had moved a bit with changing the scopes but then it clouded over.
I now have my 129mmAPO sitting on the floor. I will probably sell it as I don't think I really have a purpose for it now.

The pic is the parked scopes.

Terry,
I upgraded to the C11 last year. Great scope, works very well for spectroscopy.

Thanks guys.
Actually I wouldn't mind some rain. It's actually drizzling now but I need about 50mm to fill my tanks. They are getting a bit low. It's full moon anyway.
