What should I do?
I work at a school in southern China and my transport to work is via a school bus. The problem is that I consider my bus driver so dangerous I refuse to get on his bus any more and use the very inconvenient public transport and connect with another (more responsible) school bus driver at another location. However, my school is not taking my view that the bus driver is a danger to the students particually seriously.
Should I threaten to leave if this clown isn't fired (there is a shortage of foreign teachers and an excess of bus drivers). Or should I do something a bit more subtle?
