quadruple line up .

Hi here is one of my 1st attempts at photographing the night sky with my new Sony DSLR 75 mm 300mm lense and tripod .
First up is the quadruple conjunction tonight of the moon , saturn , mars and spica . 2 seconds iso 400.
second is my 1st satalite photo , its between alpha and beta centarui . ( I think its a satalite trail ? ) 20 seconds iso 400.
There is a high hazey cloud layer out tonight , hence the moons halo .
Brian.

you are having fun, mate ?
it's a whole new world making your discoveries on the computer screen?

I started off in January with Orion nebula at 200mm 2secs on a tripod.
Today, I was going to meet my first love again, camera + lens piggyback. But alas, at 3.30am I only got a glimpse of him before clouds parted us again... soon, now, very soon...

congrats to your new camera! enjoy!
