Howdy all. If I can ask a quick question. What white balance setting is best for widefield shooting. I see some say daylight and others various other settings. Does it make a difference whether jpeg or raw? Thanks.
Your white balance setting only affects your jpgs, not Raws.
Raws can be set to whatever WB you prefer in pre processing.
I shoot with both Raw and jpg capture enabled and just set the WB to daylight for the jpgs, but I never use the jpgs for processing, only the Raw images.
That's how we all started Rolls, but gee it's fun learning as you go.
Best of luck.
Don't be shy to ask any questions, great bunch of people on here ready to help.
