Here is probably the best Jupiter from the night of 14/15th April. The smaller image is the native size with the C9.25 and x2.5 Powermate. The larger version has been resampled Mitchell 150% in Registax.
Most of the other 142 avi’s are not worth processing for the individual image by itself, but strung together, I may get an animation going, given time.

To apply the resize do you just use the resize button or do you use the option in the optimize or stack page?

Thanks for the nice words. I use the resize button on the Wavelet tab after applying the wavelet scheme. Others on this forum mentioned Mitchell as the preferred mode so that's the one I used. Good luck with your hunt through your stack of avi’s.

Good stuff Dennis! I'm very happy for two reasons: 1 thats a superb image & 2: I have some of my latest Jupiters looking almost ID to yours. I followed your example: 30-1 & 20-2 waveletts (although yours are more crisper, with finer details) I love the look.
Mate, I'm itching to have a look at this image of yours next to mine, may I ? I don't want to spoil your thread though. Perhaps I could download your image to my computer & compare that way?

Like Asi, you've got another convert to the wavelet settings you've used. I tried on some of my recent ones and while I can't push 1 and 2 as far as you've done, by favouring just these I've got a much sharper image, so thanks for the tip.

I was wondering what may have caused these?
From memory, the K3CCDTools histogram bar was hovering around 210, so maybe not enough data in each image caused these?

Not sure Dennis, but expect it's some sort of artefact to do with pushing the finest wavelet such that it's bringing out the pixel row lines on the CCD?
Hardly noticable though and it doesn't detract from my view.
