Has anyone got a case/bag build or bought for the Celestron 130SLT?
I have been looking around for something and cannot find a perfect solution to store my scope.
I have considered a steel toolbox which I bought but it's too bulky to store, and I have considered duffel bags but cannot find the right sizes!
I would like to grab an Orion bag but you cannot buy one anywhere mainly cause they don't ship internationally. I did find a store in Australia but were charging $150 +$15 postage.
Has anyone here made a box, or bought a bag or anything for this particular scope?
Hi Stefan, I have not got the same OTA as you but I have been looking for a case for my CDK. I came across a business called Samuelson Cases. They make custom cases for just about everything. It might be worth a look.
Cases look pretty good but may be too pricey for me.

casesandcovers in the US is prob the most reasonable -it will set you back over a hundred though, sometimes orion in the US have soft cases on special also - though you have to go thru one of the buyUSA sites to purchase there
