I have a question.  I have seen so many pics of different colours of planets. To see these stars and planets come up coloured in a natrual state when viewing in the scope, do I have to have filters?

Hi Sandra,
Just buying the powerpack and telescope has ensured that you will have rain it is all relative to how much you spent.
As to colour in the pictures you have been looking at that is a result of the camera's ability to render the colours by doing longer exposures and pick up the colours that our eyes can't.
You will get some colour in the planets and some stars but not in nebular and other sky objects.
