Lovejoy compass direction Adelaide

Wanting to have a go at comet lovejoy. For those who have imaged this in Adelaide, could you give me a rough compass direction. I understand it is in the east, but is it more south east? A heading would help speed things up

Look towards the SE in the direction of the pointers and about halfway along the back of Scorpius around 2:30-3:30am. You'll see the comet rather easily...it's a beam like projection up from the horizon.

It's directly below the Southern Cross. It starts close to the horizon and reaches almost to the pointers and it's right in the middle of the Milky Way right now!

Also, if you've been following all the posts you'll have a good idea of what ISO and F stop everyone has been using and the length of the exposures...a lot of us have been using stock lens in the 18-70mm ballpark (although there are a lot of 50mm lenses as well) at around F/1.4-F/4 and ISO's around 1600 mark or higher. Although some have been down around ISO800 as well. Most exposures have been around the 20sec to 70 sec mark...some have been lower and some higher. It just depends on what you want to capture.
