Yep its a reflector.
I am having a bit of trouble locating the EP's on the site.
Is it better to get a 4-6mm with eye relief or not cause I have seen on the 4mm the hole is so small!

the normal GSO (lookup Andrewscomm)/Bintel ep's from andrews or bintel would be just as good as the omni's , if you can find it get an ultimo barlow or TV barlow secondhand - or even the better GSO ED ones, $85 imo is overpriced for the omni ep's
the trouble short f/l scopes eat cheap ep's for breakfast, the 25m you got is prob ok - the 9mm is the one you want to work at...
for planets you'll want higher mag, maybe 150x (so a 4mm ep)- in your scope the sharpest cheapest view will be from an ortho - they can be had for <100, you could also look for a TMB planetary ep - though not quite as sharp, they give a wider field of view,
for general dso views i would have thought about 100x in your scope. the tab has a longer eye distance from the ep also, the ortho/plossl ep's require you to almost have your eye on the glass in the short focal lengths
i would perhaps puy some wanted ad's here, people prob have a few GSO floating around you can have for not much, then find the sizes you like viewing with & buy some better ones when ready
