Catweazle on DVD

If anyone is interested, Catweazle is on dvd. I found it at my local dvd shop, and with a bit of hesitation I rented it. The hesitation comes from watching an old tv series and then being disappointed with what I remembered.
I didn't realise that it only went for two seasons.
I wasn't disappointed....... loved watching it again and if you ever had some liking to it, watch it again!

I must admit it was a classic series Bart.

I used to love his conversations with Touchwood the bullfrog.

Like The Goodies, another great British show which can be enjoyed by another generation.

And you'll see our own Bud Tingwell in the second season 1 It's already on my birthday wish list for next month

No probs Petra,
BTW two of the series I was a little disappointed with was Blakes 7 and Space 1999. In my memory it was full of fantastic sfx and well lets face it they wernt. Maybe for that time they were.......
Catweazel had great camera angels and ( I think ) quite well acted ( xcept for the second series kid Cedric).
Cheers

I'm with you Bart, I loved Space 1999 as a kid and watching it recently I was mostly just bored. My sister used to really enjoy Catweazle and we'd both watch it when the ABC played it. Might have to grab it
