You need the focal length of the telescope (2032mm) and the size of the chip in the camera in mm and pixels. I don't recognise any of the other parameters you have given.
You can then enter these values into the ocular module of stellarium and it will calculate the FOV and display it on screen.
Of course Stellarium is not the only program that does this. Most planetarium telescope programs have a similar calculator.
