Veggie patch varmints

Not sure how much of our veggies we are actually going to get to eat this year. Last year the snails got everything, who knows what creatures will devour our crops this year!?

At least I will be waiting in ambush for them this time with much better equipment than last year.

Baz.

Nice shots Barry.

Bowls of cheap beer sunk into the ground in the veggie patch work very well.
The snails love it. They go straight for it, get drunk and fall in. Just scoop out the dead bodies each morning and top up the beer.
If it rains I just prop up a plate over the bowls to keep out the water.

Molly, the problem will be keeping Baz from falling in the beer and drowning...

That second fly is pretty ugly, and personally I really like flies.
