Qld Astrofest vote of thanks
Tony and Anne-Louise have done a brilliant job at the helm of organising Qld Astrofest for the last decade. 2010 was their last (for a while?)
Thanks guys, you have been legendary!

Jonathan, I don't think you realise how much Pat Pearl has put into the Astrofest as well. It may seem that Anne-Louise and I are the movers and shakers (I move or Anne-Louise shakes me ), but Pat provides the expertise at running a good committee and does a hell of a lot of work. Pat also has put in 10 years and will be stepping back this year. Could you please amend the poll to include him as there is no way that the Queensland Astrofest would be where it is today?

I agree, Pat is an absolute star too (as are all of the comittee) and I didn't realise he was standing down this year as well
I can't amend the poll, so Pat will have to bask in the well deserved reflected glory

Many thanks to ALL of the committee members for all the hard work they put into this event.
To those who are stepping back, thank you so much.
You've a lot to be proud of.

First rate guys, thank you to all the organizers, including Wendy, Peter, Bob, John and Dianne. But special thanks for you three, Tony, Anne-Louise and Pat. I'd like to add Peter as well. I know when the imaging field went down, he was onto it. I'm sorry I didn't get to say good bye in the morning guys.
Thanks for the fantastic effort guys. I've enjoyed this year every bit as much as previous years and it just won't be the same without you.

I agree, a fantastic effort from the whole committee and particularly Tony, Anne Louise, Pat and Peter. I'd also like to include the catering people, the meals were excellent.

I don't want to hear about it!
Anna kept saying to me over the last week, "We should be there, we should be there". Hopefully next year, just depends where we are in this big brown country of ours.
Congratulations to all the organisers, you don't get the credit of being one of the best "Star Parties" in the world for nothing.

We aren't going to move to a cave on the Himalayas... we intend to be there next year, just not in the driving seat .

Well, isn't it said that NSW couldn't win a chook raffle?
You've done your part to save face for the 'roaches by edging out Blake in the counter-weight toss - 15m for those who weren't there.
