Starkler added as moderator

Hey guys.

I've added another moderator today, Geoff, aka Starkler.

I've known Geoff for many years from my time in online gaming, and was pleased when I heard he was also in astronomy and joined the IceInSpace Forums.

He's an experienced amateur with lots of knowledge about observing, equipment and mods (especially dobs), eyepieces, software and more. He has shown great patience and common sense and will make a valuable member of the IceInSpace moderator team.

Please join me in making him welcome.

Thanks Geoff, between Paul and yourself i'm sure there'll be very little for me to do, giving me more time to keep the website up-to-date.
