How to attach the following pieces to my ATZ mount?

I just recently purchased a GSO ATZ mount from Andrews and I'm dumb struck as to how to connect the eyepiece rack on this thing and whatever this long black plastic knob is? Can anyone help me out please?

Hi Muhammed,
The long plastic whatsits is, I think, a slow motion control cable/wand. It should attach directly to the Alt. bearing on the mount in place of whatever actuator knob is currently there, or as the actuator itself if nothing is present.
I believe, but am not entirely certain, that the EP tray fits between the mount head and the tripod.
If it is designed like the AT Voyager or Vixen Porta, there should be a (couple of) hex keys under some rubber matting. Lifting the mat also allows acess to the main screw connecting head to 'pod. Undo the screw and separate the head. Fit the tray, then re-attach. I Think.
