That is a classic shot alright
I was actually looking at the Crab Nebula last night & only just managed to find it !

Great picture !

Ian I find visually that the crab isnt much to look at through my 10 incher, just a dim grey smudge. I hope to get a look at it through Julians 18 incher to see if it looks any better.
