Drive training LX200

Anyone here have any ideas on other options for training the LX200 drive when no landmark is available? ie through the doorway of my observatory all I can see are trees in my neighbours yard, is there some way of doing this training within the observatory?

Thanks

PeterM.

Thanks David,

I will have a look through the MAPUG links. I thought someone had posted a method of training using a laser within the observatory, may have been on cloudy nights.

Thanks again.
